Massage insoles that take the strain out of standing and walking all day. Arch support in every step, in whichever pair you reach for.
A pair of insoles with raised massage nodes, a contoured arch and a deep heel cup — sized in US, trimmed to fit, and dropped straight into the shoes you already own.
By the end of a long day, you can feel every hour of it
Most shoes ship with a flat sheet of foam inside them. It is there to fill the gap, not to do anything. It has no arch shape, no heel shape, and after a few months of walking it has packed down to almost nothing.
So your foot spends the day on a flat surface, and the load lands in the same couple of places every single step. Anyone who stands for a living knows exactly how that ends up feeling by the evening.
Swapping that flat sheet for something shaped is the cheapest change you can make to a pair of shoes.

Four things doing the work
Turn one over and you can see all of it at once.
The raised massage nodes sit under the forefoot and the heel — the two places that take the most load. Instead of one flat plane against your sole, there is texture, and the contact shifts slightly as you walk.
The contoured arch follows the curve of the midfoot rather than leaving a gap under it. The deep heel cup wraps the back of the heel so it sits in one place instead of sliding about inside the shoe.

And the base is perforated, so air can move under the foot rather than sitting there all day.
What that adds up to
Nothing dramatic, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What you get is a shoe that feels shaped to a foot instead of hollow, cushioning that has not already been flattened by someone else's miles, and a heel that stays put.
For standing shifts, long walks, work boots and everyday trainers, that is usually the difference people actually notice.

Fitting them takes about a minute
Pull the old insole out of your shoe. Lay ours on top of it and compare the length. If the toe end is longer, cut it down to match — the shape is forgiving and nobody will see the edge once it is in.
Drop it in with the nodes facing up, and that is the job done.
One honest note: new insoles feel different for the first few days, because your foot has been sitting on something flat. Build up the wearing time rather than starting with a twelve-hour shift.
Against what is already in your shoe
The insole your shoes came with has no arch shape, no heel cup and no nodes. A basic foam replacement from a chemist usually adds a little arch support and not much else.

Find your size
Sizes are US. Men's and women's numbers differ, so check the right column.

Between two rows, take the larger size and trim the toe end down.
Worth knowing before it arrives: the insoles themselves are printed with a European size, because that is how the maker labels them. Order by the chart above and the pair will be right.
