Do you have any questions?
Does it work with my phone?
MagSafe-enabled iPhones and phones in magnetic cases attach directly. For any other phone (including most Androids), stick on the included slim adhesive magnetic ring and SnapNest snaps onto that.
How does the remote shutter work?
The shutter button pops off the grip and pairs with your phone over Bluetooth, so you can trigger photos and video from up to about 10 metres away. Docked on the grip, it works as your main shutter button.
Is the magnet strong enough?
The dual-sided magnet is designed to hold your phone securely during normal handheld shooting, filming and travel. For intense sports or heavy shaking we recommend also using the wrist strap.
Is it hard to set up?
No. Snap the grip onto the back of your phone, pair the shutter once over Bluetooth, and you're shooting. There's nothing to install or screw on.
