Does LeakGuard™ fit every washing machine?
No universal fit can be guaranteed. It is intended for compatible front-loading machines with a low pump-filter opening and enough clearance for the tray’s entry edge.
Is this a permanent leak-protection pan?
No. LeakGuard™ is a temporary collection tray for controlled drainage during filter maintenance. It is not designed to remain beneath the entire machine or protect against hose failure, overflow or active appliance faults.
Can I use it while the washing machine is running?
No. Switch off the machine and follow the manufacturer’s filter-cleaning and safety instructions.
How do I prevent it from overflowing?
Loosen the filter gradually. Retighten it before the tray becomes too full, empty the tray and repeat until the residual water has drained.
What is the returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Please contact customer services and quote your order number to arrange a return.
Will I still need a towel?
Keeping a small towel nearby is sensible, especially the first time you use the product. The tray is intended to reduce mess, not promise that no drop can escape in every setup.
