Will it really increase the pressure?
It narrows the spray channels, which increases the force of the water coming out without changing your supply. How noticeable that is depends on the pressure you start with.
How often do I replace the cartridge?
When the flow weakens or the filter material discolours. How long that takes depends on how hard your water is and how much you shower.
Will it fit my shower?
It screws onto a standard shower hose by hand. If your hose has a non-standard thread you will need an adapter, which is not included.
Are spare cartridges included?
One is fitted in the head. Spares are a bundle option on this page: pick the shower head on its own, with 3 spare cartridges, or with 6. They ship together in one box.
