Does it kill 99.9% of germs?

BrushDock uses UV-C (plus UV-A) light — the type of light widely used to help keep surfaces hygienic — inside a closed compartment, and keeps your brush heads covered and dried instead of sitting wet in an open cup. It's a routine hygiene aid, not a medical device, and it doesn't replace rinsing your brush or replacing heads regularly.
How does the hands-free cover work?
Hold your hand about 5–7 cm in front of the sensor area (or briefly tap the touch button) and the cover opens by itself. After you've hung your brush, wave again — or simply walk away, and it closes automatically.
Which toothbrushes fit?
Most manual, electric and children's toothbrushes: the handles hang below while the heads sit inside the compartment. Very wide or very small heads may not fit, and an interchangeable holder configuration even takes a razor.
Do I need to drill into my wall?
No. Clean the surface, peel the protective film off the adhesive backing and press it firmly onto the wall. It grips best on smooth surfaces like tile, mirrors, glass and painted walls — ideal for rentals.
Is the UV light safe?
The cycle runs behind the closed cover, so the light isn't shining into your bathroom. As with any UV source, don't try to run it with the cover open or look directly at the light, and mount it out of easy reach of small children.
